This feature, part of the g4Enterprise™ Broker Solution, provides pre calculated export of all financial information from a transaction’s creation to its being marked as settled. It updates the1099 commission file for the agent, the vendor files for any participant in the transaction, as well as reconciling any outstanding accounts receivable from the agent. All exported data delivered to Great Plains® by the g4Enterprise™ system is encrypted and sent through a VPN pipe to the broker’s Great Plains® eConnect interface using industry standard XML encoding. The Financial Transaction Export for Great Plains® feature provides a complete range of automated functionality. This includes updates to all vendor profiles, transfer of AP and GL entries necessary to manage commission, escrow transferred and miscellaneous agent payments. It even puts the agent’s net check in the folder ready to be printed. Any agent A/R is automatically recovered when the disbursements are calculated and these payments are also credited through this feature. A full backout capability of a transaction’s financial data is provided. Users of the Financial Transaction Export feature save time, money and improve quality by eliminating all duplicate data entry. The handling of the transactions by the g4Enterprise™ system provides complete disbursement based on the broker’s PayPlan assigned to each agent, and Source of Business assigned to each side of the transaction, to ensure all referral payments are calculated correctly. Transactions are handled from the time they enter the system as a lead until the transaction is complete and the payments have been transferred to the Great Plains® Accounting system.
